Mindmeld is my concept and design for a web platform for fostering professional growth. It connects mentors and mentees for one-on-one knowledge exchange. Mentees explore new paths, bridge skill gaps, and gain insights, while mentors reflect on their practice and develop leadership skills.
Visually, Mindmeld blends knowledge transfer with the spirit of newsprint job hunting. The visual language itself embodies the concept of knowledge exchange, symbolizing the transfer of expertise as each user brings unique layers of experience, reflected in the branding identity.
